CALL OUT

DISRESPECT

TO WOMEN

WHEN YOU SEE IT.

Become a standard holder, not a bystander.
Ethics meeting, respect to women, mens movement

Empowering men to build a future free from disrespect to women.

Take1Step is focused on prevention at the point culture is formed.

Unlike traditional programs that focus on consequences after harm has occurred, Take1Step empowers men with practical tools to act in everyday moments where disrespect occurs and culture is formed.

At its heart, Take1Step is an invitation for men to be part of a movement that counters disrespect towards women - not through lectures or compliance, but through participation, belonging and everyday action.

THE PRACTICAL TOOL

See it. Call it. Reset it. Move forward.

Men generally know when something is wrong. Social risk keeps them silent - and silence signals permission.

The cost of silence is already on the balance sheet.

$3.8B

Estimated annual cost of workplace sexual harassment and related impacts to the Australian economy.

This is not a “big incident” problem. It’s a thousand small moments problem.

Every unchallenged moment becomes evidence of what is acceptable.

Left unchallenged, it becomes the culture.
